Standard delivery
we will always aim to get your item to you as soon as possible, usually with in 2 – 3 working days on our standard delivery, and our delivery charge is only £4.95 per order regardless of the products size, weight and quantity.

Next day delivery
we also offer next day delivery for £9.95, however, this is only for orders placed before 1.00 pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1.00pm, or on the weekend will usually be sent the following working day. Amtrak is the delivery company that we use, and they operate deliveries between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm. Definite or approximate times of delivery can not be given. However, if you are not in when the driver attempts to deliver your goods he will leave a calling card with the time he called and information on how to contact them. At this point Amtrak usually try to deliver the parcel the following next working day, and if this second attempt is unsuccessful, it is the responsibility of the customer to collect their goods from their local Amtrak depot. The goods will be held at the Amtrak depot for further two days after the second attempt. If the good are still not collected, or have been arranged to be collected after this time they will be returned to our warehouse.
