Returns:
Where possible, returned goods must be in their original packaging and accompanied by all original drivers, cables and manuals. Goods must be packaged appropriately, with all hard drives, processors and memory in anti-static bags. Any goods found to be damaged in return transit as result of inappropriate packaging will not be tested or replaced. Please note:
Monitors, Cameras, Printers Data Projectors, Interactive Whiteboards, Servers, Software, Acer and Toshiba Laptops, Freecom and D-link products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and should not be returned to Middletoncomputers.co.uk. Please return to the manufacturer with their specified procedures.
Returned goods will be tested by upon receipt. If goods are confirmed as faulty, replacement goods will be shipped to the customer. Our policy is to always replace faulty items.
A testing charge of £10 per item may be issued for items found to have no fault. (Please note that goods are tested for the fault as specified by the customer. It is important therefore that description of faults is accurate and specific to the item returned.
It is the customer's responsibility to ship the goods. Middletoncomputers.co.uk will not collect faulty goods.
