No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received your order and we have accepted it. We will acknowledge your order by email, however, This acknowledgement is not notification that we have accepted your order. Acknowledgement of your order will be sent in a separate email prior to dispatch of goods. We will notify you by telephone or email If there is any problem with your order

Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 days after you receive the goods. Please note that this policy has some conditions, firstly, to exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by hand, post or email, detailing the goods ordered. Please note: Notification by phone is not sufficient. Except in the case of faulty or goods that are not accurately described, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to the Supplier at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown within the Returns section of this website. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. In the case of faulty or goods that are not accurately described, we shall, after receiving notification by email, or in writing, either collect the goods from you or ask you to return the goods to the Supplier in accordance with our returns procedure.
Once you have notified the Supplier that you are canceling the contract, the Supplier will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. Except in the case of faulty goods, or goods that are not accurately described, if you do not return the goods as required, the Supplier may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods. You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for computer software which has been unsealed by you,, unless a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered other than by unsealing the goods.

Repair estimates and guarantees:
Quotations for repairs or computer systems are valid for 7 days from the date of the quote. All brand new hardware supplied and used for repairs on our customer’s computers is guaranteed on site for 12 months from the date of completion. All software configurations is guaranteed on site for 3 months from the day of repair or installation of the software providing that there is no evidence of tampering or viruses detected. Protecting your PC from viruses is the customers’ responsibility.

Description and price of the goods
The description and price of good will be displayed at the time you place the order. If after acceptance of your order we discover that the goods, or some of the goods in your order are unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours and either offer you the option of canceling the whole order with a full refund, the option to wait longer for the item or items to become available, or offer alternative product or products for a similar price. We will always aim to immediately refunding your money if you choose to cancel.  

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If within 14 days of accepting your order, or before the order has been dispatched, a pricing error is found we will notify you as soon as possible detailing the mis-priced goods and offering you the option to cancel the order, and receive a full re-fund, or pay the difference

Void Guarantees:
Any guarantees will be void if any fault on the equipment is attempted to be rectified by any other person or body other than Middleton computers. New computers built by Middleton Computers are blueprinted by special software so that we can compare any suspicious components against the original ones using the components unique identification number.

Credit:
Credit will not be given, unless otherwise agreed. Agreed Credit must be paid with in 30 days upon receipt of our invoice.

Your privacy
We fully respect the privacy of all our customers, and do not pass their details on to any other third party for any purpose. Please note: we do not ever see, or have access to credit or debit card information; these details are processed through worldpay.
